Japanese bilingual Inside Sales - Denville NJ

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming calls from customers and providing assistance.
• Responding to RFQ from various customers with price and lead times.
• Entering and processing orders into Sage System.
• Assisting customers with other various tasks, such as inquiry regarding shipping and invoicing etc.
• Assisting the Manager with other administrative tasks as needed or requested.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate (speaking, reading and writing) in English and Japanese.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAGE system preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong customer and results oriented mindset.
• A strong work ethic and collaborative spirit.
