Japanese Bilingual Accounting Manager- Irvine, CA

Responsibilities

• Accounting and Tax Management
• Prepare the financial statements with accounting records and reports in the accounting system.
• Perform and process all Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Close tasks to prepare financial reports including the report for the quarterly consolidation on schedule with the CFO.
• Collaborate with external auditors to conduct the annual Accounting Audit.
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot an accounting system and interfaces while communicating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Experience of at least seven years in Accounting and Finance is required.
• At least three years of management experience is required.
• Strongly familiar with ERP system like SAP.
• Japanese language skills (read, write and speak)
• CPA is preferred.
