Responsibilities
- Drive business development through proactive sales strategies and relationship building.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, and report potential claims
- Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions by analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to new sales representatives fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage accounts effectively by providing ongoing support and maintaining client relationships.
- Demonstrate and coach the Sales Representative I staff on how to provide product knowledge to current and potential clients
- Ability to travel 50% or more as an Outside Sales Rep III
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Five or more years of high-volume sales experience in the food industry is preferred
- Experience in business development and account management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively,
- Proven experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
