Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: Gardena, CA/Southern CA
Salary: $20-$25/hr
Status: Full time/Direct hire

Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor and trouble-shoot IT infrastructure system problems via internet and phone
- • Provide cloud system users of technical support by phone/internet
- • Participate in technical support related translation work and projects, ISMS, internal IT system management work, and other assignments as required
- • Any support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Conversational level Japanese language capability
- • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- • Experience in corporate IT or any customer service role is considered an advantage.
- • Self-learning ability, team-work oriented

Remotely monitor and trouble-shoot IT infrastructure system problems via internet and phone, provide cloud
system users of technical support by phone/internet. Participate in technical support related translation work
and projects, ISMS, internal IT system management work, and other assignments as required. On-the-Job
training is provided for new hire. Training period (1-6 months) will be determined according to candidate’s skill
level.
Requirements:
-Any corporate IT experience is a plus, but no previous technical experience is required for an entry-level as long
as showing the ability and willingness to quickly learn technical and communication skills.
-Conversational level Japanese language capability is required.
-Native level English capability is required.
-Self-learning ability, team-work oriented/non-self-center attitude, appreciation to other employees and
customers, diligence, perseverance, detail-oriented, proactive, very cautious not to make a careless mistake,
well anticipated behavior, time-punctuality, and ability to perform well under pressure are required.
-Must have positive attitude, be flexible to work-hour/days according to project needs, and able to work in
global operation environment with understanding of cultural differences.
