Production - Group Leader/ Supervisor

Responsibilities

• ・Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production associates
• ・Train, coach, and evaluate production staff; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions
• ・Ensure accurate completion of production records, inventory logs, and downtime reports
• ・Collaborate with quality assurance team to minimize production disruptions
• ・Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance with the mechanics
• ・Enforce safety procedures, GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory compliance policies
• ・Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product consistency
• ・Report operational issues and improvement suggestions to senior management

Qualifications

• ・High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• ・Min 3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or a related production environment
• ・Strong understanding of food safety standards (FDA, HACCP, GMP)
• ・Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• ・Ability to read and interpret production metrics, technical documents, and reports
• ・Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
