Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the production employees in the fabrication, bagger (RTE), forming or packing departments to achieve daily production schedules
• • Review of e-time
• • Prepare and sign necessary paperwork
• • Foster a team environment
• • Coordinate activities with Maintenance and Quality Control
• • Insure that all USDA regulations are understood and communicated to the production work force

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• • 5 to 10 years experience in a food-processing environment, at supervisor level
• • Effective English verbal and written communication skills
• • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
• • Ability to handle multiple tasks
• • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
