Mid ~Sr. level IT Engineer - New York, NY

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.
• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure environments for business applications and services.
• Configure and manage Azure resources (VMs, networks, storage, and security).
• Oversee the operation of Azure environments, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
• Diagnose and resolve server, AD, and cloud service issues (specifically in Azure).
• Provide detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps and outcomes.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of AWS cloud services and their integration with existing infrastructure.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and operational support for AWS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Azure deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Japanese skill is a big plus
