Office Administrator - Chandler, AZ

Position: Office Administrator

Location: Chandler, AZ

Salary: up to $65K

Status: Full time/Direct hire

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, plus OT and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and record meeting minutes
  • Arrange shipments with appropriate documentation and receive packages
  • Maintain inventory, parts, and assets for the office
  • Assist Field Service Engineers for scheduling meetings and reporting
  • Manage general office(s) operations: mail, break room supplies, lunch orders, etc.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration
  • Experience in logistics(shipping/receiving) and inventory management
  • English/Japanese bilingual strongly preferred
  • Ability to commute to the office everyday and to travel locally as needed
