Position: Office Administrator

Location: Chandler, AZ
Salary: up to $65K
Status: Full time/Direct hire
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, plus OT and weekends as needed

Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and record meeting minutes
- Arrange shipments with appropriate documentation and receive packages
- Maintain inventory, parts, and assets for the office
- Assist Field Service Engineers for scheduling meetings and reporting
- Manage general office(s) operations: mail, break room supplies, lunch orders, etc.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration
- Experience in logistics(shipping/receiving) and inventory management
- English/Japanese bilingual strongly preferred
- Ability to commute to the office everyday and to travel locally as needed
