Responsibilities
- Provide PC Server and Azure support for the customers.
- Support both internal and external customers with installation upgrading, troubleshooting, networking hardware and software.
- Provide technical support w/Microsoft suite of products, know and experience of Azure service and VM.
- TCP/IP network experience of equivalent knowledge.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experiences in IT industry as network engineer.
- Fluency in English, business level Japanese would be a plus.
- Network certification and other degrees are plus.
- Communication/Hearing/Writing.
