Responsibilities
- Primary duty is the relationship and account management of clients
- Develop client benefit strategy
- Responsible for client annual renewal cycles
- Onboard new clients
- Must implement compliance, benchmarking, RFP and reporting analytics
- Explain insurance bundles to clients effectively
- Handle Claims review/analysis
- Recommend services to clients that would best suit client needs
- Lead client meetings and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of employee benefits related experience
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Active Life/Accident and Health Insurance Agent License is required
- Must have experience in claims review and analysis
- An understanding of basic underwriting principles
- Must understand self-funded plans and PBMS
- Must be detail oriented and with strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
