Responsibilities
- Analyze problems/issues/inquiries; be the first point of response; assign severity levels and follows through to resolution.
- Work with customers to resolve the issue using the tech.
- Perform configuration changes to Forms, workflows, security as directed.
- Provide maintenance on client workstations onsite/remotely.
- Maintain customer service skills when dealing with clients, vendors, and other Tech Impact partners.
- Manage users, Create, amend, and maintain security policies on the MDM while maintaining enforcement.
- Manage update, patches on devices manually or through MDM.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements.
- Lead all aspects of user roll out activities when the project goes live.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Systems Security, or a related field of study.
- Knowledge of Network and Infrastructure, Mobile Device Management, and IT security.
- Ability to attend late-night / early-morning meetings due to global meetings.
- Must be available for after hours and On-Call support as required.
- Japanese skill is plus
