Responsibilities

  • Analyze problems/issues/inquiries; be the first point of response; assign severity levels and follows through to resolution.
  • Work with customers to resolve the issue using the tech.
  • Perform configuration changes to Forms, workflows, security as directed.
  • Provide maintenance on client workstations onsite/remotely.
  • Maintain customer service skills when dealing with clients, vendors, and other Tech Impact partners.
  • Manage users, Create, amend, and maintain security policies on the MDM while maintaining enforcement.
  • Manage update, patches on devices manually or through MDM.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements.
  • Lead all aspects of user roll out activities when the project goes live.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in relevant field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Systems Security, or a related field of study.
  • Knowledge of Network and Infrastructure, Mobile Device Management, and IT security.
  • Ability to attend late-night / early-morning meetings due to global meetings.
  • Must be available for after hours and On-Call support as required.
  • Japanese skill is plus
