Senior Director, Information Security- Coppell TX

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and developing and managing projects
• Building and leading the information security function and Establish Governance
• Develop cyber security, risk and compliance frameworks
• Create and manage the control framework in accordance with global laws, standards and regulations
• Develop document framework and up to date information security policies
• Manage the information security management framework based on one of the following: International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 2700X, ITIL, ENISA, ISA-62443, COBIT/Risk IT and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework.
• Design, build and run the Security Ops
• Architecture and engineering support
• Research, evaluate, design, test, recommend or plan the implementation of new or updated information security hardware or software
• Coordinate technical aspects of security management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline required. Masters degree preferred
• Security management certification is preferred i.e. CISSP, CISM or CISA
• 10+ years of IT experience required
• 7+ years of information security experience required
• 5+ years in a managerial role required
• Experience with legal regulatory requirements - including US Sarbanes-Oxley Act, European Union Privacy Directive and the Japanese Financial Instruments and Exchange Law
• Experience with information security management frameworks including ISO, ITIL and COBIT frameworks
• Experience in application technology security testing
• System technology security testing experience
