Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accounts payable cycle and directing accounts payable team
- Manage A.R invoices
- Assist with Audit schedule
- Maintain the SAP purchase and payment modules
- Ensure AP inquires are resolved on a timely basis, assist team when required
- Manage and review weekly payment process accurately
- Responsible for monthly closing for Accounts payable and related accounts
- Act as the lead business resource regarding Accounts payable matters
- Maintain SAP purchase and payment modules
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Advanced excel ability
- Broad experience with SAP ERP systems
- 5-7 years of experience in shared service functions
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts payable
- Experience working within an international corporate environment
