Logistics Specialist-Irving, TX

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in telephone and email communications
• Data entry of shipping data into freight forwarding operations system and cargo tracking systems
• Ensure all freight charges are paid in a timely manner
• Generate arrival information to consignees and customs brokers
• Arranging customs clearance for imports
• Produce shipment notifications to concerned parties
• Regularly check cargo status and communicating tracking information to customers
• Arranging inland transportation as needed

Qualifications

• Customer service experiences, excellent data entry experience in forwarding, logistics or a related field is preferred.
• Prefer to have some experience both Air and Ocean coordinator
• Japanese language skill is plus
• Experience handling dangerous goods is plus
