Responsibilities

• Maintain existing customer accounts regularly providing technical support and helping customers’ issues.
• Planning and running a project for new technology and product development provide customer solutions.
• Corroborating with in-house teams such as management, technical team, customer service, and representative to customer satisfaction.
• Analyze current market and trend reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Technical sales in Semiconductor or Consumer Electronics experience is a big plus
• Familiar with Japanese work environment
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers
• Analytical/Problem Solving skills.
