Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily general ledgers and journal entries
• Check data accuracy and update for general accounting
• Responsible for analyzing and reporting financial figures to managers upon requests
• Helping build AP structures

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of general accounting, with background and experience in Accounts Payable
• Detail-Oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexible, open minded individual who seeks for continuous improvement of tasks
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision, with the ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
