Commercial Analyst - Houston, TX

Responsibilities

• Manage and update (support valuation, planning and forecasting) financial model collaborating with related parties
• Analyze market pricing and congestion forecasts
• Prepare finance for projects and maintain communication with finance lenders
• Prepare PPA proposals and PPA contracts
• Support transaction of equity sell down of projects if necessary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with business finance
• 3+ years of Financial modeling experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or statistics are highly preferred
• FMVA certification preferred
• Tax equity arrangement experience renewable energy project experience
• Strong fluency with excel formulas and functions
• Corporate PPA experience preferred
