Responsibilities
- Accurate, and timely communicate through email and/or phone calls to process orders and inquiries
- Organize and coordinate shipments (sea, air, ground transportation)
- Prepare shipping documents for import/export/domestic shipments
- Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information
- Assist additional and/or alternative logistics services to meet customers’
- needs.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in domestic, import, and export logistics
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
- International logistics experience preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred
