ERP Specialist - Santa Fe Springs, CA

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ERP system issues that are reported and serve between users and software techs when necessary
• Test when new developments, patches, and software upgrades become available
• Help each branch by answering their questions and providing solutions to their issues
• Maintain and keep the ERP Portal up to date to make sure all saved materials are current
• Train employees/users by designing/conducting sessions
• Support operation managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices, and fully utilizing ERP system
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred
• 1-2 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry
• Certification in Oracle SaaS ERP or SAP ERP business process integration is a plus
• A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes
• Great organizational and time management skills
