Japanese Bilingual Sales Assistant - Bakersfield, CA

Responsibilities

• Creation of export documents, proofreading oceans bills of lading, letter of credit payment Coordinating bookings related to quotations and sales, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery
• Communication with internal managers for production and capacity planning
• Communication with sales representatives
• Quotation and Sales Contract entry in the system
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs

Qualifications

• Business-level English and Japanese speaking and writing
• Logistic/Supply chain industry experience or an undergraduate degree in agriculture
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience working in NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERP systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
