Responsibilities
- • Creation of export documents, proofreading oceans bills of lading, letter of credit payment Coordinating bookings related to quotations and sales, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery
- • Communication with internal managers for production and capacity planning
- • Communication with sales representatives
- • Quotation and Sales Contract entry in the system
- • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
Qualifications
- • Business-level English and Japanese speaking and writing
- • Logistic/Supply chain industry experience or an undergraduate degree in agriculture
- • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- • Experience working in NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERP systems.
- • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
