Sales Support & Logistics Coordinator- Houston, TX

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedule and operations between customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and ship brokers
• Input payments, billing and inventory in the SAP system
• Customer registration into the accounting system
• Coordinate business transactions between international and local offices.
• Prepare required documents related to shipment and trade including validating letter of credit
• Complete shipping documentations for import and exports

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with bulk marine shipments
• Experience with import and export operations required
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation required including experience with marine bill of ladings
• SAP experience
• Spanish language ability preferred
• Experience with certificate of origin, commercial invoicing and certification of quality/quantity
• College Degree
