Responsibilities
- Determine solutions for customers based on details from customers
- Support customers through the problem solving process
- Support tier 1 help desk and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
- Manage IT equipment inventory
- Follow up with customer updates and inquiries
- Consult with end users regarding support functions and decision making
- Support help desk issues
- Participate in conferences and events
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of IT User Support or helpdesk Experience(Tier 1)
- Japanese business level language level required
- Experience with setting up hardware, software and installation and configuration
- Experience with technical documentation
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
