Responsibilities

  • Determine solutions for customers based on details from customers
  • Support customers through the problem solving process
  • Support tier 1 help desk and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
  • Manage IT equipment inventory
  • Follow up with customer updates and inquiries
  • Consult with end users regarding support functions and decision making
  • Support help desk issues
  • Participate in conferences and events

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of IT User Support or helpdesk Experience(Tier 1)
  • Japanese business level language level required
  • Experience with setting up hardware, software and installation and configuration
  • Experience with technical documentation
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
