Responsibilities
- Liaison between Dev. team in Japan and Sales team in US
- Customer Success-Understand their needs, troubleshoot any issues, and guide them toward successful product adoption
- Optimize efficiency to support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Tracking product feature requests and development progress
- Correspondence technical questions/issues raised by Customer Support team.
- Assist customers with security-related inquiries
- Prepare Manuals and Sales materials
- Update user manuals, technical documentation, and sales collateral.
- New product launch support
Qualifications
- Understanding of device software (e.g., Android), networks, and security (a plus).
- Deep Troubleshooting Knowledge: device, Wi-Fi, and networks.
- Experienced customer support at IT industry
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
