Responsibilities
- Provide support and coordination between customers and engineers at the facility
- Communicate between Japan HQ and local engineers and customers
- Support issue resolution with customers and report issues to the engineering team in Japan
- Provide support for sales and engineers regarding calendar coordination, meeting preparation and preparation for transportation and accommodation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience coordinating in a manufacturing environment
- Semiconductor manufacturing industry is a plus
- Japanese Bilingual language fluency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Bachelor's degree
