Responsibilities
- Communicate with external and internal customers regarding new lines of business
- Coordinate with engineers, manufacturers and distributors to meet customer requirements
- Provide sales services for company products and coordinate and respond to customers
- Support sales processes by responding to inquiries, providing quotations and supporting distributors and end customers
- Provide monthly sales forecasts and quotes to customers
- Attend monthly sales meetings and communicate with management regarding customer activities
- Develop strong business relationships with customers regarding phone, email and client meetings
- Accurately input credit and debit memos in the CRM system
Qualifications
- 1+ year of outside sales experience in electronic components
- Japanese Bilingual level language fluency
- Experience with electronic components sales
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CRM software experience preferred
- Willingness to travel to Chicago and Clients in the Massachusetts area
