Position: Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Hayward, CA/San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: 65-75K

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead the operational execution of accounts including performance management, day to day operations
  • execution, overseas coordination
  • ● Manage Quarter End activities to meet customer requirements including shipment upgrades and coordination
  • ● Initial escalation point for operational matters relating to assigned Global Accounts
  • ● Manage completion of all customer performance and analysis reports, customer presentations, and
  • other internal reports and presentations as required.

Qualifications

  • ● Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organization skills
  • ● Positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and calmly handle quickly changing priorities under tight deadlines
  • ● Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • ● Strong customer service skills
  • ● Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
  • ● Strong Account Management experience is a big plus
