Position: Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Hayward, CA/San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities
- ● Lead the operational execution of accounts including performance management, day to day operations
- execution, overseas coordination
- ● Manage Quarter End activities to meet customer requirements including shipment upgrades and coordination
- ● Initial escalation point for operational matters relating to assigned Global Accounts
- ● Manage completion of all customer performance and analysis reports, customer presentations, and
- other internal reports and presentations as required.
Qualifications
- ● Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organization skills
- ● Positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and calmly handle quickly changing priorities under tight deadlines
- ● Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- ● Strong customer service skills
- ● Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
- ● Strong Account Management experience is a big plus
