Operation and Customer Solution Rep - Novi, MI

Responsibilities

• Accepts customer purchase orders and enters sales TC entries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Submits quotes to customers and prepares forecast requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Works with Sales team to order appropriate amount of inventory and creates and processes invoices to customers
• Creates and sends purchase orders to suppliers.
• Requests and processes supplier invoices, tracks and updates supplier pricing.
• Prepares logistics quotes and coordinates logistic details and manages material inbound arrangements
• Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor degree in business, operations, sales, logistics, supply chain or equivalent
• Experience working in the Automotive industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Automotive related customer service role.
• Experience using SAP software.
• Travel is primarily locally during the business day.
• Japanese skill is a big plus
