Responsibilities
- Job Duty:
- • Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
- • Responsible for recruitment and selection policy/practices,
- • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- • Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
- • Liaise with other functional/departmental managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development
Qualifications
- Qualifications:
- • Human Resources background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, training and development.
- • Business level of Bilingual, English and Spanish.
- • A minimum of 5 years recent experience in the HR field
- • Must have SPHR certification or other HR certifications
- • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
