Responsibilities
- Order Processing and Date Entry
- Keeping track of orders, files and communications accordingly
- Arranging shipments with clients, agents and vendors via phone and email
- Responsible for handling inquiries from customers and suppliers
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US
- Work experience in Customer Service or Logistics is required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and detail-oriented
- Team player and a good communicator
- Japanese skill is a big plus but not required
