Responsibilities
- Act as frontline for the IT division when it comes to the upkeep of the company system.
- Set up networks, updating old software and hardware, and maintain company IT environment.
- Responsible for maintaining the telecommunication and web systems in the company.
- Support the company's legacy desktops, laptops and servers.
- Evaluate new hardware and software to meet company requirements.
- Provide technical advices and assistances to company employees as needed.
- Assist other staff with IT matters in special events and activities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer related field and/or 1-3 years of relevant experiences.
- Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; systems testing and evaluation principles, methods, and tools.
- Knowledge of Programming.
