Japanese Bilingual Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct, and monitor all accounting department activities
• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation
• Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
• Monitor and authorize bank accounts for payments
• Negotiate and arrange the funding requirement with financial institutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required or Finance or related field is preferred
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience
• CPA and/or CMA is preferred
• Advanced knowledge and experience of U.S. GAAP financial reporting and internal control over financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel
• Japanese language skill(business level or above) -Speak/Read/Write
