Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling technical information including analyzing and issuing parts lists, conversion tables, drawings and specs
- Organize and handle reporting of information such as warranty or component usage information to internal customers
- Process data and reports for the engineering team
- Responsible for written procedures and ensuring they are up to date with ISO 14001
- Assure workplace risks are controlled and maintain safe and healthy working environment
- Respond to communications with internal company groups
- Communicate between customers and company engineers regarding daily site operations when necessary
Qualifications
- BA in engineering or related field preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Database software experience preferred
- Intermediate and up Japanese language skills required
- Experience with time and project management
