Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of bank policies, procedures and accounting principles.
- Interact with customers and facilitate the processing of all bank documents.
- Utilize Japanese communication skill to follow up with the customers including the Parent Co. in Japan.
- Coordinate customers requests to have accounts opened, title change, address changes and account closures.
- Support other sections within the department and perform general office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Associates' degree.
- 2+ to 5 years experience: Client Services / Customer Services in Financial Services (Corporate Banking is ideal).
- General commercial banking product (credit and/or deposit) knowledge.
- Must be good at Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP are must).
- Japanese & English Bilingual (Must be fluent in both verbally and written).
