Customer Service & Sales Support Representative - Schaumburg, IL

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders in the system accurately
• Set up new accounts and input pricing and product info
• Ensure all shipping documentations are completed and work with parties to ensure deliver of products
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Support sales and accounting team by ensuring documents have accurate information
• Provide inventory purchase support by minimizing inventory cost, cross selling
• Order on time quantity of products
• Provide sales support to customers, support their feedback and work to improve customer experience

Qualifications

• 2 + years of inside sales / sales support/ admin assistant or related experience
• Good working knowledge of excel and Microsoft office
• Knowledge with ERP systems a big plus
• College degree is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
