- Provide training and support to global users for applications
- System installation, testing and maintenance for group logistics companies
- Test and debug applications systems
- Review, analyze and evaluate business systems to meet user needs
- Provide objectives and scope to overall business strategies
- Document requirements and formulate systems to meet business strategies
Qualifications
- Business level proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin language
- Bachelor's Degree
- Background knowledge in IT or computer science
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time during peak busy seasons
- Excellent communication skills
