Working Hour: Between 7 and 8:30 to between 3:30 pm and 5pm

Responsibilities
- Perform as liaison to distributors in China and sales team, back office team in USA
- Cooperating in special assignments as requested by upper management.
- Intake and processing of customer orders.
- Handling all shipping documentation for open orders, including creation of documents
- Daily communication with customers and partners regarding orders, samples, and miscellaneous inquiries.
- Assisting Accounting role such as Invoicing, and AP/AR
Qualifications
- Chinese language skill is must
- 1-5 years of working experience as Sales Assistant and Logistics coordinator
