Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
- Handle and respond to troubleshooting through monitoring systems.
- Provide application, operating, security and network systems recommendations.
- Communicate via telephone/ email regarding troubleshooting procedures.
- Handle scheduled maintenance upgrades, changes and installations.
Qualifications
- Bilingual level proficiency in Japanese language.
- 3+ years of experience in IT.
- Experience with network cloud infrastructure and help desk support.
- Background knowledge in IT or computer science.
- CCNA certification highly preferred.
- Able to work a 7 am - 4 pm schedule during standard time and 8 am -5 pm schedule during daylight savings time.
