Sales & Logistics Coordinator - Torrance, CA

Responsibilities

• Inputs and updates data including order and shipment schedule into database.
• Generates invoices and monitors payment status.
• Account Receivable updates.
• Generates P/O and accounts payable responsibilities.
• Maintains inventory control including weekly report to customers and order/distributes items.
• Coordinates the transportation suppliers.
• Communicates with both customers and Tokyo to coordinate and update customers’ orders and shipment status.
• Negotiates price, terms and condition in terms of customers, logistics and suppliers.
• Production and Cost Analyst.
• Any support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of similar experience in sales and logistic coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be flexible, analytical and detailed-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel.
• Japanese language skill preferred
