Responsibilities
- Manage schedule of pick up/delivery staffs
- Pick up commodities, which sales staff ordered, at vendors store/warehouse
- Manage (separate and store) commodities arrived/collected in warehouse
- Inventory control Check the e-mail to confirm customer’s request/ship’s schedule
- Contact local ship agent, customer, and launch boat company to check delivery place/schedule
- Packing commodities for delivery to the ship in warehouse Collate the package prepared with the packing slip prior to delivery to the ship
- Delivery commodities to the ship/customer via truck/van Truck/van maintenance Repair/Cleaning warehouse
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a shipping or freight forwarding company
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft office and data entry
- Must have a current valid driver’s license
- Japanese language skills are a plus
- Experience handling customer communications
