Payroll Specialist
Position: Payroll Specialist
Industry: Japanese Food Trading Company
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA/Los Angeles area
Salary: $27 - $33/hr plus OT
Status: Full time/Temp (1-2 month) to Direct-Hire

Responsibilities
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Update employee information, including rate change, transfers, and resignations.
- Process garnishment orders.
- Process 401(k) contribution & loan transactions.
- Manage data for expatriates payroll schedules and individual tax return filings.
- Prepare various reports.
- Any support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in related field, and 5 years or more of experience in Payroll administration and HRIS System
- Proficient in ADP workforce now experience with actual hands on payroll administration.
- Spanish language skill preferred
- Detail-oriented, team player.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel.
