Full remote Japanese Bilingual Recruiter - Houston, TX

Responsibilities

• Utilize recruiting resources to attract qualified candidates with skills that pertain to the open positions at the account by using variety of resources to achieve a billing.
• Post available positions on the Internet to increase the available candidate pool.
• Resolves collections by contacting clients, coordinating contact with the accounting department.
• Screen qualified candidates by understanding Clients' needs for hiring
• Coordinate placement (presenting candidates, coordinate interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and other necessary communication with clients and candidates)
• Develop new clients (including cold calling and visiting prospective clients) and maintain exist clients in the assigned territory to receive consistent job orders.
• Familiarize with Federal and local employment laws and other necessary information affect business.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without any restriction (don't do any VISA sponsorship)
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
• someone who is living in the US.
• Japanese English bilingual fluency
• Office work experience in Japan or working in Japanese company is must
• Customer interaction skill and computer skill are required
• 3-5 yrs Recruiting/HR experiences is big plus
