- Service the bank's Corporate clients to take transactional instructions to execute loans, investments, FX deals, trade finance activities and deposit products within standing procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of new/renewal loan transactions via direct communication/negotiation with customers and accurate instructions to Administration Group.
- This will follow bank policies, procedures and accounting principles. You will develop, maintain, work to broaden and deepen a close relationship with clients through daily contact and good service
- Perform operational risk controls and clerical administrative functions on daily basis in compliance with the standing procedures and policies, support relationship managers providing operational related data and respond to their inquiries.
- Update and maintain a variety of databases, retrieve data to produce reports, conduct analyses and respond to client and management inquires.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of client services experience and 3 years of commercial lending and deposit product services and administrative experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office and banking applications
