Responsibilities
- Support the operation manager and management team in running the department.
- Allocate workload within the team to ensure smooth operation.
- Participate in staff appraisal.
- Review department goals and business plan periodically.
- Negotiate and work with suppliers and vendor.
- Maintaining purchasing and operation system.
- Shipping, receiving, and packaging.
- Any support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); 3+ year related experience and/or training for Logistics, Customer Service.
- 1+ year related experience and/or training for Biotech Research Reagent or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Japanese language skill must (speak/read/write).
- Detail-oriented, team player.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel.
