Responsibilities
- Support Financial Reporting/Analysis/Audits
- by preparing financial statements with Accountants and analyzing reports for the whole company
- by following and complying with Generally Accepted Accounting (GAAP) for financial statements; by recording and researching all financial information for analysis
- by documenting and interpreting complicated financial information for Top Management
- by preparing reports for Financial Review/Audit, Internal Control.
- Manage and Supervise Accounting Operation & Procedures for All Branches
- by checking and monitoring day-to-day accounting reports and transactions; by managing accounting staff daily operations with supervision and leadership.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable for All Branches
- by monitoring and balancing receivables for all branches; by revising monthly reports and entering all expenses into the computer; and by handling incoming and outgoing bank transfers and foreign collections.
- Manage Budget Reports for All Branches
- by preparing and overseeing budget reports and analyzing reports; by forecasting and planning budgets according to fiscal needs.
Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in related field or 5-10 years of equivalent experience
