Responsibilities
- Communicates and requires safety standards, standard operating procedures, processes and use of overseeing equipment.
- Leads team member training to ensure understanding of manufacturing and quality process requirements.
- Responds to problems such as a mechanical issue by making necessary repairs to maintain on-going production.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and with the ability to lead, coach, and train others.
- Able to work switching shifts: Rotating shifts are a day shift and night shift set on a rotating schedule.
- Preferred Japanese or Spanish bilingual skill
