Planning Analyst - Dover, NJ

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains data, appropriate price schedules and necessary model information in all Forecast/Sales/Purchase related systems.
• Receives and compiles pertinent sales statistics and data from the market on a timely basis. Transfers data into fixed templates to make it available for reviews by Sales and Marketing of the division.
• Manages and analyzes data in the forecast systems. Creates and distributes monthly forecast reports to the entire division and Tokyo.
• Manages all incoming products communicating with logistics, sales management, sales administration regarding allocation and availability. Communicates with Tokyo/Hong Kong as often as needed even with irregular requests.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and four years related experience; or advanced degree and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese
