Responsibilities
- Support Marketing and sales promotions
- CRM and administration (Shipping and receiving of office mail,
- Provide/coordinate administrative support for office employees)
- Sales assistance and office administration.
- Directions and approvals on execution of the primary tasks will be given by the direct supervisor and the company’s management.
Qualifications
- Ability to pay close attention to details and handle multi-task assignments.
- Basic knowledge or strong interests in today’s IT market and related technologies.
- Knowledge of and skills in computer software programs (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, and Japanese as needed.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to cope with pressure to meet deadlines and sustained accuracy are paramount.
