Responsibilities
- ==Mexico Cit Mexico position ==== We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of B2B sales for mobile phones & tablets to lead our B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams and developing strong relationships with corporate and its clients in the mobile industry. This role is critical to our growth strategy and requires a deep understanding of the mobile and tablet technology market and the B2B sales landscape.
- Key Responsibilities: ■ Sales & business development: Develop and nurture strong long-term relationships with carriers, distributors, major resellers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
- - Develop entries for new verticals in the B2B sector.
- - Meet the target of Key Performance Index (KPIs) B2B Sales.
- ■ Strategic Leadership & Planning.
- - Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B Sales Strategy for mobile phones and tablets, aligned with overall company goals. Identify and target new market segments and strategic opportunities for growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- ■ Team Management & Development - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of B2B sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- - Report to Head of Mexico President of SEM
Qualifications
- Requirements: A candidate with a high level of commitment and connection to the company, who can understand the needs of the business and act on them.
- ■ Bachelor's degree in business marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- ■ Minimum of 15 years or more of progressive experience in B2C and/or B2B mobile & Tablet Sales, with strong focus on mobile devices, tablets, and related
- Technology
- ■ At least 5 years of experience in leadership or management role, leading a B2C and/or B2B Sales team.
- ■ Deep Knowledge of the mobile and tablet technology market, including device specifications, operating systems, and mobile security & management solutions.
- Other information:- There is likely to be a lot of overtime. Korean work culture is very strict and demanding.
