業務

• Coordinate moving service and import shipments in cooperation with sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries in Japanese (telephone, e-mail)
• Schedule a preliminary inspection and work date with vendor and customer.
• Submit the quotation to the customer
• Send the shipping information to the overseas office
• Create invoices
• Assist Commercial Import department

応募資格

• Understand basic PC operation.
• Pays attention to small details
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Japanese.
