業務
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, including model development, variance analysis, and performance tracking
- Prepare financial reports and support monthly/quarterly close activities
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and IT to improve data accuracy and forecasting
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and executive reports for decision-making
- Analyze inventory, fixed assets, and reserves; ensure general ledger accuracy
- Support audits and maintain compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
- Present complex financial data through clear visualizations and presentations
- Streamline reporting through automation and process improvements
- Contribute to M&A due diligence, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives
応募資格
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- CPA or MBA preferred
